This seasoning is probably the most used product in my kitchen. I used to make my own blackened seasonings with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, etc etc etc, but this seasoning is 1) better than my own blend and 2) SO MUCH EASIER. I typically use it on chicken or fish, and it is fantastic. One of my favorite ways to use it is on blackened salmon for a salmon and kale wrap.
