In a large skillet or dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the meatballs and cook on each side for about 2 minutes to get a nice sear on them. Add the pasta sauce, reduce heat to a simmer, and cover the pan. Heat for another 50 minutes to an hour to cook the meatballs all the way through.
Depending on the size of the meatballs, makes about 12-15. The sweetness of the meat pairs really well with butternut squash, but I'm sure these will taste delicious with regular pasta as well (or just on their own).
